A business plan is that document where the entrepreneur detailed information related to your business or future business.

Organizes information and involves a written document translation into policy strategies, objectives and actions that the company will develop in the future.

Within a business plan, there are several general features to perform such as:

Describe the business.
Mission, vision, objectives.
Value proposition.
Description of the market.
Competitive costs.
Differentiated products.
Sales to perform.
Description of product or service.
Initial and where you get invested.
Sometimes business plans tend to have both quantitative and qualitative research referring to the market.

Regarding qualitative research methodology that involves unstructured exploratory research, based on small samples and which provide extensive knowledge regarding coarse of the market.

Meanwhile quantitative research makes reference to the research methodology that seeks to quantify the data and that usually applies some statistical analysis to wider acceptance.
Also, it is very important to consider or know mediate competition, since they are competitors but in turn has to make a clear identification because there are somewhat more competitive in business service issues.

The business plan covers topics such as a technical environmental impact study, which is a technical document that the whole decision process of the study or environmental impact assessment is based.

Of vital importance is also taking into account the market strategy so that it will work because through this strategy succeeded in obtaining an enhancement competitively speaking.

It also takes into account those forms of promotion to the entity, and equally important to identify the distribution channels with which it is involved. And consider policies work better internal performance.

In the end the business plan should contain an executive summary which is a short analysis of the most important aspects of the project to discuss, the purpose of this summary is to capture the customer's attention which motivates him to feel a deep desire to read and interested in the project.

Briefly summarized the aim is to attract the reader's attention, since the summary is the resume of the business plan. Has to sell the company did not describe it, it is important to emphasize that the executive summary cannot simply be an index of business plan and should add new information not contained in the business plan.
